Easy But Yummm… Ham Glaze (Submitted by Lisa Mucalo)
Ingredients:
Cranberry jelly
Pineapple juice, from a can of pineapple rings
METHOD:
Pour cranberry jelly and the juice from your pineapple rings into a microwave proof bowl and save the pineapple rings for decorating your ham.
Heat in microwave till just melted 30 seconds x increments, whip together then brush on your ham, then bake at 180°C for an hour and a half, basting every 15 minutes.
Use this Yummy glaze on your Xmas ham.
