Ingredients:
Cabbage, about a cup per person
2 eggs mixed with half a cup of milk, per person
Cooked Bacon
Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Cook Bacon put aside. Cook amount of cabbage required in a small amount of water. Place Bacon and cooked cabbage in a sprayed dish. Pour over egg and milk mixture. Dot butter and cheese on top. Cook in a slow oven for half an hour. Any leftovers can be added to this dish.
This recipe is so versatile, anything can be added.
