Ingredients:-
1 ¼ lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes,
1 Tbsp olive oil,
3 Tbsp of butter,
2 tsp Cajun seasoning,
4 garlic cloves, minced,
Salt & pepper to taste,
1 Tbsp chopped parsley,
METHOD:-
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat, add the steak, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Add the butter and garlic to the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Option:-
Remove the steak from the pan and add a vegetable like asparagus or green beans, add the butter and garlic sauce and quickly sear to serve alongside bites!
