Stuffed Trout (Taraute Puru)
Ingredients: -
1 prepared trout, gutted and cleaned,
METHOD: -
Stuffing: -
Saute onion, add cut tomatoes, sage, thyme, egg and breadcrumbs and a little butter and mix.
Stuff the trout with this stuffing and place the fish in a large frying pan, simmer covered in a little water for about 2 hours.
Garnish with slices of lemon and tomatoes.
