
Ingredients
2¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups walnuts (broken into small pieces by hand)
20 Ritz crackers (crushed)
150g butter
3 Tbsp raisins (optional)
Baking tin lined with baking paper
METHOD:
Crush the Ritz crackers using a rolling pin.
Break walnuts into smaller pieces, by hand
Mix walnuts, crushed crackers, and raisins in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate:
Place chocolate chips in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Stir until smooth, then add butter and stir until fully melted and combined.
Add the dry mixture to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Set the fudge:
Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tin
Press and smooth the surface with a greased spoon.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container, will last up to a week.
