Simply Delicious Curried Sausages
Ingredients: -
1 kg beef or pork sausage,
2-3 onions,
1 carrot, peeled & sliced,
2 ½ cups water,
Salt,
Pepper,
2 Tbsp flour,
2 Tbsp sugar,
½ cup water,
1 Tbsp curry powder,
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
1 Tbsp tomato sauce,
1 Tbsp vinegar,
1 cup frozen peas -
METHOD: -
Grill the sausages.
Slice onions and set aside.
In a pot melt some butter and fry sliced onions.
Once cooked, add first measure of water.
Season to taste.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the pot to thicken.
Add the sausages to heat through.
Serve with creamy mashed potato.
