Steak and Kidney Stew
Ingredients:-
1 kg of diced topside steak,
250 g diced beef kidney,
2 diced onions,
2 cups water,
1 beef stock cube,
1/3 cup flour,
1/2 cup water, extra,
Tbsp soy sauce,
1/2 tsp pepper,
METHOD:-
Place steak and kidney in large pan with onions, water, and crumbled stock cube. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 1½ hours or until meat is tender.
Combine flour with extra water, pepper, and soy sauce. Add to steak and stir until mixture re-boils and thickens.
Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
