My Favourite Seafood Chowder
Reflections of gathering Kaimoana from the ocean.
Ingredients
200g mixed seafood, mussels, fish, prawns etc
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
METHOD
Sauté onion in butter and stir in flour. Gradually add the milk & cream.
Add the potatoes and cook until soft then add seafood and simmer gently until cooked.
Serve with hot crusty bread.
